We want you to be comfortable ordering from us.So we've given you lots of ways to order!
1. Order online - our secure online ordering system is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to take your order. You will get automatic confirmation that your order has been received.

The signature option helps to protect customers from lost or stolen packages. If this will make receiving your package difficult you can request that I send it with out the signature option. When you are entering your billing and shipping information you will be given the option to choose leave at the door. By choosing to ship without a signature you are taking full responsibility for the lost or stolen packages. An insurance claim cannot be made for lost or stolen packages when a signature is not required. Please note: Shipping from Canada to the USA is international shipping. Your package will need to clear USA customs. US Customs may hold your package or they may be very busy and take longer clearing your package. It is possible that your package may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. This is not common but it is a possibility. We are not responsible for how long it takes for your package to arrive.
International Orders International destinations are shipped via International Air for the estimated cost of $30.00. Shipping costs can very greatly for international orders. If the shipping costs are $3 or more less than the amount paid then we will refund the difference. However, if shipping is $3 or more than the amount paid then we will contact you with the new shipping costs before we ship your order. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient. Pick Up Pick up is currently offered at our retail location - The Women's Wellness Centre located at 5-330 West St in Brantford Ontario. Orders will be ready after 2 pm the next business day. Please visit www.wwcbrant.com for more information. Shipping Method In stock orders are shipped from the Women's Wellness Centre within 2 business days via USPS in the United States and Canada Post in Canada if the standard shipping method is selected.
Express shipments in Canada are sent using Canada Post's Xpresspost Service.
Express shipments to the USA are sent using Canada Post's Expedited service which offers a tracking number.
If you require your package very quickly and would prefer your package shipped with Purolator please let me know by calling us toll free at the Women's Wellness Centre at 1-866-565-0081 or via e-mail. You will be charged exact shipping.
Heavy, Bulky or Over-sized Products There are several items available for purchase within our store that are unusually large, heavy or awkwardly shaped.
In order to offer these items for sale it is necessary to charge an additional oversize fee.
Oversize amounts are calculated separately from shipping however,should you decide to return an over-sized item, you will not receive a credit for the oversize fee.
The oversize fee does not apply to pickup orders.

What is your Return Policy?
We want you to be totally satisfied shopping with us. In fact, we want you to be so satisfied that you'll order more and tell all your friends!
If you're not completely satisfied with anything you bought from us, simply fill out the return/exchange form included with your order and ship the item, with tags still on (where applicable), back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. RETURN POLICY for CLOTH DIAPERS& COVERS: As we're sure you can understand, we can only accept returns for cloth diapers that are UNWASHED, in their original condition. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.

What is your Exchange Policy?
Wrong size? Changed your mind on the colour? No problem. Fill out the return/exchange form included with your order, let us know what you'd like in return and ship it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. We'll send you what you REALLY want and the shipping will be free of charge. The original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

What currency can I shop in?
All Mom and Baby Boutique prices are in Canadian dollars. For an idea of how they will translate to your currency, checkout www.xe.com. Please note that this link is provided as a service only, actual conversion rate is determined by your credit card company at the time of sale.

What taxes do you charge?
The Women's Wellness Centre is located in Ontario, Canada. We must therefore charge 8% PST to all Ontario customers and 5%GST to all Canadian customers. Please note, however, that cloth diapers, covers and baby shoes are PST exempt! Customers in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and New Brunswick are charged 13% HST. Those of you elsewhere – no tax for you! However,international orders may be subject to duties and customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

What types of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept payment via Visa and MasterCard. We have both Visa and MasterCard Merchant accounts. We offer a secure check out with the Prostore's Thawte SSL certificate. You can feel safe paying by credit card knowing that it is protected with the latest up to 256 bit encryption. Your credit card statement will show a payment made to The Women's Wellness Centre.
You can also use American Express or Discover card through PayPal, a secure online payment processing facility. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use PayPal. We also accept payment through Canada Post or USPS money orders made payable to The Women's Wellness Centre. For our American Friends, if purchasing a USPS money order be sure to get a pink International Money Order. We can not cash the green domestic money orders. Canadian residents may also pay by personal cheque made payable to The Women's Wellness Centre. Please note that all orders paid for by personal cheque will be held for 10 business days after receiving your payment. This allows your cheque to clear our bank account before we ship out your order.
If you are local then you can pay by Interac when you pick up your products.

I'm from Brantford (Paris, St. George, Burford etc) can I pick up my order?
We're open Monday through Friday 10am until 6pm and Saturdays 10am until 4pm. Come and visit us at the store! There is plenty of parking and we are happy to help you. If you would prefer, you can place your order on-line and enter the Promo Code "pickup" located at the bottom of the Billing Information page. This makes the shipping charges $0.00then pick up your order when ready.
